– Homeowners Warranty Insurance
– Certificate of Insurance
– Book edge protection if required
Roof Restoration Stage 2
CLEAN & PREPARATION
– Disconnect Downpipes
– Roof Clean with 3000 PSI Rotary Head Cleaner
– Clean Valleys
– Prepare Ridges & Hips for pointing
– Clean Inside Gutters where accessible
– Reconnect Downpipes
Roof Restoration Stage 3
ROOF REPAIRS & RESTORATION
– Pointing of all ridges, hips & back of barge with flexible pointing
– Replace quoted broken roof tiles
– Replace Valley tile clips if needed
Roof Restoration Stage 4
PROTECTION
– Tape up or protect solar panels or anything else that needs to be protected from the roof paint membrane
Roof Restoration Stage 5
ROOF PAINTING RESTORATION
3 or 4 coat system using shield coat premium paint products
– Undercoat shieldseal CT401
– 2 x top coats Roof Bond Membrane
– 1 x nano protect clear coat gloss if you have chosen to add clear coat

CLEANUP
– Paint some spare tiles painted for later replacements
– Cleanup and remove all rubbish
Your new roof is relatively maintenance free, we suggest a yearly wash & Checkup to keep your roof looking good
